Since our products are made on demand, it takes 10-14 business days to make and deliver the product depending on the product details and region of shipping.

We are based in Mumbai where we have a local workshop to create some products, along with multiple makers across the country who help create and deliver awesome designs at your doorstep.

Yes we are open to all kinds of orders, event hampers, corporate combos, bulk products creation from 10 to 1000 products and more.

Our orders are highly Customized and curated as per desire, hence Refund policy will not be applicable on any of the orders processed and completed. In case of Damaged product /wrong product received, kindly follow the instructions given and we will ensure your product recovery/ exchange: Please make an opening video of your package from very begining without pause or cut in thr video in case of any damage during transit or defect possibility, within 24 hours of receiving the package. Do not use scissors/blades aggressively to open the package. Do not wipe or touch the surface of acrylic products with too much pressure, it may damage the surface. We are not responsible for any damage/defect to the product without an opening video as per the guidelines given above.
